The Cluster Digital Africa extends heartfelt congratulations to its ambassador, Raoul Rugamba , for his outstanding role in the field of creative industries in Africa. President Amadou Diawara warmly encourages his friend to continue this beautiful mission.
Raoul Rugamba, Founder of Hobe Agency & Africa in Colors, an expert for the African Union on arts-education policy, and advisor to the former Rwandan Ministry of Youth & Culture on culture policies, continues to play a key role in the sector.
Yesterday, on the sidelines of the first Kigali Triennale festival that started on Friday, February 16, and will continue until Sunday, February 25, Raoul curated a space for Africa in Colors. This space explores the intersection of arts and technology, with objectives to showcase creatives and their work, create a platform for fostering relationships and collaborations among creatives, locally or internationally based, and bring together creatives, decision-makers, investors, producers, directors, and other key practitioners in the culture and creative industry.
Rwanda maintains its momentum in building and strengthening the culture and creative industry, as well as empowering local creatives and talents.
