Significant Participation at the Launch of Mali’s Vision 2063 and National Development Strategy

On December 21, 2023, the International Conference Center of Bamako (CICB) hosted the official launch of the development work for Mali’s Vision 2063 and National Development Strategy. Chaired by the Prime Minister and Head of Government, Dr. Choguel Kokalla MAÏGA, this strategic event brought together a distinguished assembly, including prominent government figures such as the Minister of Economy and Finance, Mr. Alousséni SANOU, the President of the National Employers’ Association of Mali, Mr. Mossadeck BALLY, the President of the National Civil Society Council, Mr. Bourema Allaye TOURE, and the lead of Technical and Financial Partners, Mr. Marc SABA.

The ceremony aimed to present the process of developing the vision and national strategy for stakeholders’ endorsement.

President Mossadeck BALLY, our Cluster Digital Africa Honorary President and President of the National Employers’ Association of Mali, emphasized the crucial role of the strategic vision beyond a formal document. He positioned it as an essential foundation guiding political decisions and future actions, emphasizing that the keyword for the coming decade must be PPP (Public-Private Partnership). He underscored the fight against corruption as a priority.

This event holds significant importance in realizing the aspirations of the Malian people, symbolizing a decisive step in achieving “Mali Kura” in line with the population’s expectations.
